Fsharp: He Lives: The Gospel Ballads

FSharp (a.k.a. Ronda F. Sharpe) was born in Philadelphia, Pa.  During her childhood she studied piano at the Settlement Music School (Germantown Branch). As an adult, she briefly studied voice also at Settlement Music School (Christian Street Branch).  She was a member and featured soloist on the Inspirational Choir of the Mt. Olivet Tabernacle Baptist Church and after several years was recruited to the Mt. Olivet Tabernacle Choir where she sang until the choir was disbanded when the director retired.

 

V.O.P. (Voices of Praise) Vocalists and Musicians (with the exception of the late Min. Joseph Sharpe Jr.) all live in Philadelphia and participate in the worship services of their respective churches. V.O.P. vocalists: FSharp (a.k.a. Ronda F. Sharpe), lead and background, Eddie Butts, bass & Naomi Dobson, soprano.  Musicians: FSharp, finger symbol, percussion, piano, the late Min. Joseph Sharpe Jr., bass & guitar, Brent Ellison, piano, Katherine Burton, violin, Pamela Butler, flute, Sam Samuels, tenor saxophone, and non V.O.P. member Ms. Watts, trumpet.
