While the day didn’t go as expected, I kept in mind that it could always be worse. I had to remind myself that this still was the day that the Lord had made and I would rejoice and be glad in it (Psalm 118:24)! I’m grateful to be in the land of the living, have gotten a year older, and to still have my parents, sister, relatives and people who care about me.
